We Won't:
Try to sell you something unsuitable
Limit your choice to what we have in stock
Take commission from add-ons like warranty or inspection reports
Inflate our prices to cover the overhead of sales staff or premises
Supply a vehicle that is not 100% as it should be mechanically or bodily
Supply a vehicle you will struggle to sell in the future
Our Sourcing Fees
We charge a finders fee our service. The fee is dependant upon the value of the vehicle, but is capped at £950, so your car will always be far less than it would be on a dealers forecourt. You pay delivery costs, preparation costs (if any) and the trade price of the car plus any warranty or other insurance such as GAP or MOT insurance that you wish to have. We do not mark these items up as a revenue stream for us. You just pay what it costs. Our income comes from our fee. Simple as that!
Here is a an example!
You want a car, say for example a Ford Focus. At garages, they are £10000. Before they make it onto a forecourt, they are offered through various sources to the motor trade. We buy from the trade source before the car gets to a forecourt. The car costs us £8000. We charge £750 as a fee and you are £1250 better off.
( this is just an example, we have saved clients much more - our record was a saving of £10,000 on a £45000 car).
It's not just about the money!
Money saving is not the most relevant factor. We work for you, nobody else, so the car we choose is 100% correct.
If you can find a garage that has the exact car you want in stock and that that tells its salesmen to point out anything wrong with a car - a bit of paint repair, poor service history, nightmare residuals, expensive known faults with the model, or even worse (and this is not comon in dealers but very common in the private ads), clocked and previously damaged, stolen or cloned cars - AND that garage is willing to discount the screen price by hundreds and sometimes thousands, then you don't need to use our service.
We have been described as a personal shopper for cars. A reasonable analogy, but
we do more than that because we strive to give value and after sales support as well as advice.
